Many of the ingredients that we use in making the food are available for sale in El Piano. All of them are both gluten-free and vegan. Herbs, spices, organic flours, sugar free syrups, organic pulses are all displayed. |
We also sell KITS for making some of our dishes such as dhal and brownies at home. These require little more than added milk (soya or dairy) and water and faithfully reproduce some of the El Piano favourites. |
We use silicon products extensively in the El Piano kitchen. We favour those manufactured by LEKUE in Barcelona and confidently sell much of their extensive range. Silicon comes from silica, not petroleum as is often believed. It shares many properties with glass in that it is clean, durable and non-toxic and can endure very high temperatures. Unlike glass, however, it does not break. |
